BTS are very versatile artists, and they showcase that clearly in this album. 'Map of the Soul: PERSONA' is 26 minutes of pure excellence. I think this just might be my favourite album of 2019, that's how great it is!

Ein neues Album von BTS: 7 Lieder für Stundenlanges anhören!<br><br>RM beginnt das Album mit 'Persona', ein Lied in dem man sich die Frage stellt, wer man überhaupt ist; ist man sich selbst treu geblieben oder hat man sich der Gesellschaft angepasst, um dazuzugehören?<br><br>Boy With Luv featured Halsey, ihre koreanischen Background-Vocals klingen nach hervorhebung dieser wundervoll.<br>Dieses Lied handelt von den Fans von BTS, den sogenannten 'ARMY'. In diesem Lied zeigen sie, wie nah sie die Beziehung ihrer Fans beibehalten möchten und in konstantem Kontakt bleiben wollen (I'm curious about your day, Oh tell me).<br><br>Mikrokosmos klingt so wundervoll und alle Teile passen zusammen, einer der mir beim ersten Mal anhören des Albums sofort ins Herz schoss.<br>"You got me, I got you" BTS und ARMY halten zusammen, wir halten einander den Rücken frei und versuchen, gegenseitig den Anderen von Hass und Leid vernzuhalten.<br><br>Make It Right, endlich ist der Song, für den Ed Sheeran den Songtext geschrieben hat, raus! Eine wunderschöne Melodie und Lyrics.<br><br>HOME, ich liebe die Musikalische Begleitung bei dem Lied! Wie die Stimmlagen von BTS perfekt damit verschmelzen, ein Must hear!<br><br>Jamais Vu, es bedeutet das Gegenteil von Déjà vu, dieses Gefühl hat BTS perfekt in Song Form verpacken können.<br><br>Dionysus, wow, was für ein Song! Endlich eine Art Rock-Song, auf die wir seit der DNA Era erwarten. Dionysus ist der griechische Gott des Weins.<br>Ich liebe, wie sogar im Tanz trink Gesten dazugehören, es verfollständigt das ganze Bild!

Een toffe album! Zeker mijn geld waard, elk nummer is anders en heeft een eigen stijl. 1 van mijn favorieten albums, een echte aanrader! This album is absolutely amazing!

I really enjoyed listening to this album. Each track is easy to listen to and lets you bathe in the amazing vocals of each member. It has good cohesion in both musicality and overall message. The whole album also serves as a love letter to ARMYs, BTS' fans, which is a very sweet sentiment, and makes it all the more special to both the artist and the fans. The only downside, i suppose, is that to fully appreciate the album, one must be willing to dig deeper than just surface points. a lot of critics pointed out that the music did not fit the lyrics and thought lesser of the album because of that. but isn't that perhaps the whole point of the album? A persona, according to Carl Jung's theory, is a mask with which one presents themselves to others (very simplified explanation). In conclusion, "Map of the Soul: Persona" is an easily marketable piece but still provides 7 quality tracks as well as an interesting theme you would usually consider only worth the time of intellectuals but is made accessible to a whole new demographic through music. <br><br>A few Jungian analysts have taken it upon themselves to delve into MOTS: Persona to provide a better understanding of Jungian theories as well as the album. They made this album for their Fand called Armys!! Im soo proud to be an Army!! BTS are really soo hardworking and their Songs and the album is always soo amazing!! They do everything what they love and especially they do it for their Fans Armys!! Thank you BTS again for such an amazing Album. They did the title Song with Halsey and Ed Sheeran wrote the lyrics for Make it Right and The Leader of BTS called RM did the lyrics in Korean!! So give it a Go!!!

Da muss ich immerhin kein schlechtes Gewissen haben, wenn ich die knappe Bewertung nicht aufrunde. Ein gelungenes Mini-Album der K-Pop-Boygroup. Eigentlich erstaunlich 'cohesive' für ein K-Pop-Werk, vor allem im Vergleich mit anderen Alben/EPs die ich vom Genre gehört habe und die meistens um eine einzige Single aufgebaut werden. Auch recht kommerziell gemacht, was man nun positiv oder auch negativ ansehen kann. Nebst "Boy With Luv" gefallen mir vor allem "Mikrokosmos" und "Home" als Gute-Laune-Pop-Songs am besten.
